Roles and Responsibilities:
- As Regional Sales Head the incumbent will be responsible to deliver business goals in their region
- Plan, propose and execute regional sales plan in accordance with business objectives
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales managers and sales reps
- Identify and analyze the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Improve sales conversion and retention metrics by analyzing gaps and suggesting prompt solutions
- Address critical business challenges for the region and implement strategies to overcome hurdles
- Increase market share and GMV across categories in the region
- Work closely with all the stakeholders for smooth running of business in the region
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in steel industry, at least 5 years in managing large teams
- Experience in B2B ecosystem dealing with both MSMEs and Large Accounts
- Must have built high performing sales team from grounds up
- Go getter with high achievement and bias for action
- MBA from premiere institute preferred
