Role Details

- Covering matters related to entire Bank including its overseas offices.

- All laws, regulations, regulatory directions/guidelines, codes, standards, etc. that the bank is required to comply.

- All business lines, activities, products the Bank is engaged in, as also various support services in the Bank.

- Leading a team of 2 or 3 persons; and closely co-ordinating and working with other 6 units in CCD

OverallJob Description -

- Providing clarifications to various Business/Functional Support Units on directions/ instructions/guidelines of various regulators like RBI, SEBI, IRDA, PFRDA, etc.; codes/guidelines of various SROs like IBA, FEDAI, AMFI, etc.; Codes of BCSBI;

- Keeping track of International Sanctions of UN, OFAC, EU, HMT, and other countries, analyzing them and issuing operating guidelines for the use of concerned Business/Functional Support Units

- Examining and giving clearances for transactions pertaining to Sanctions Countries

- Co-ordination with various Depts. Of RBI, SEBI, IRDA, IBA, etc. for seeking clarifications and discussions on new propositions, etc.

- Vetting of various Product Papers and SOPs

- Co-ordination with various Business/Functional Support Units in connection with their positions, and/ or implementation of various Regulatory guidelines/ legal provisions

- Tracking submission of Regulatory/ Statutory Returns to various authorities like RBI, SEBI, IRDA, Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchanges, etc.

- Validation of accuracy of various returns submitted to RBI

- Handling RBS Tranche III related obligations for testing and reporting to RBI

- Any other matter as may be required related to Compliance Monitoring and Testing
