Senior Role - Trade Operations - Bank

Position: Senior position in Trade Operations

Role:

- Manage teams on Global Trade Operations managing plain vanilla, structured and complex trade products

- Ensure Delivery and Client Satisfaction

- Further source and migrate trade operations processes from various global locations of the bank

- People Management

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in managing banking operations

- Strong background and sound knowledge in Trade Operations

- Must have managed team sizes of 100+

- Effective decision making and leadership skills
