Senior Role - Trade Finance - Change Management - Banking Captive

We are looking for a Trade Finance professional at a senior level into a Change management role with a captive arm of a Foreign bank.

Location : Mumbai

Qualification :Graduate / Post-graduate

Total experience : 10 -12 yrs of relevant experience.

Professional experience :

The selected candidate will have to justify the total experience of 10 to 12 years acquired in organization and should have been exposed to following areas :

- Project Management with ideal knowledge in Trade Finance. Ideally the candidate should have conducted projects of process optimization and operational risk management.

- Managed Trade Finance operations (International & Domestic) with a team.

- Leading Offshoring project (Migration of processes, Planning & risk estimation, manage end to end project)

- Training, SLA, MIS

- Facing & interacting the counterparts / key stake holders.

This experience will have been acquired within a large bank with large back-offices or in consulting firm.

The previous position of the candidate will have enabled him/her to develop the following technical skills :

- Knowledge of trade finance operations (products, process and systems)

- Diagnosis of existing organisations

- Process analysis (performance, quality, risks) and documentation

- Good level of written English

- Good knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
