- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization's overall objectives and foster employee engagement.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards and competitors.
- Design and administer various compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and equity plans, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including salary surveys, budget planning, and salary structure adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to determine appropriate salary ranges for new hires and promotions.
