- Partnering as compensation & benefits business partner to provide guidance and solution to business heads leaders.

- Design & Lead compensation Strategy for India matching Global

- Lead Compensation & Benefit practices are compliant to local laws & regulations

- Led the annual and anniversary salary reviews based on the outcomes of the salary compensation surveys

- Design and deployed job evaluation structure supported by point factor leveling system; thereby leveraging it for organization design and staffing, reward decisions

- Manage annual review of all HR Policies along with creation of new policy documents as required
