Job description -

Role purpose: Implement the technology platform which support a 360 degree view of customer interactions and enable cross-selling of products to our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Implement a technology platform comprising website, mobile, IVR and appropriate customer servicing solution to support a 360 degree view of our customers- interaction with us. Achieve seamless integration with risk policies to promote cross-selling to customers.

- Upgrade website, implement mobile app

- Upgrade servicing platform with connectivity to risk policies and IVR

- Implement a middleware platform based connectivity to product sub ledgers

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in technologies used for website, mobile application development, cloud platforms like Salesforce, cloud to on-prem connectivity, middleware platforms and data analytics

Desired characteristics

- Expertise in understanding the full stack of technologies underpinning 3-tier IT solutions

- Ability to learn new technologies and link to business applicability

- Ability to design and build cloud solutions, web & mobile apps

- High level understanding of DC technologies, data analytics solutions.
