Senior Role - Techno Commercial - Coal/Iron Mining

Location - Gujarat

General Experience :- More than 18 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement with minimum 5 year experience in a similar role of leading Procurement function in a large/ mid-sized Organization.

- Strong Experience Required of Mining & Material Handling Procurement, Handling Mining & EPC Contractors, Explosives, CHPP, Project Monitoring

: Mining Contractors / Capex Vendors, Contract Administration / Management including sub-contracts, Contract Formulation, Contract closure after settlement of payment, addressing all disputes and other issue (i.e. punch points, statutory compliance etc),

Dispute resolution, Arbitration & claim settlement. Reports & MIS, Audit (both internal & external) Subordinate team management, Compliance to SOPs, etc.

- Experience of Coal Mining / Iron Mining / Other Related Projects is essential.

Technical Experience :

- Exposure to end-to-end procurement processes including: category management negotiations, methodologies for measuring the performance of procurement function, contract management, financial analysis, market analysis, eProcurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.) and supplier relationship management.

- Exposure to business partnering and strategy development beyond tactical purchasing.

- Exposure to business specific knowledge, systems and laws as applicable.

- Must have Exposure to bidding and estimation activities.
