Senior Role - Talent Management - Financial Services/Bank (17-20 yrs)
Client is a well known brand within Financial Services.
To augment its Talent Acquisition team; it is looking at someone with strong expertise ; typically with :
- Managing strategic initiatives including review, development, implementation of various processes to ensure that these are aligned with business goals.
- Ensure internal talent pool for succession planning and also engage with external talent on a regular basis.
- Closely collaborate with various HRBPs across business teams for talent pool insights for actionable initiatives at leadership levels.
- Design, develop capabilities for retention, promotion & succession planning.
- The role spans across various Business Units within the organisation on a pan India level.
This role is typically at a VP level.
Candidate specs :
- MBA HR.
- Must have 17+ yrs of strong HR expertise including proven performance of 7+years within Talent Acquisition with a well known Financial Services brand. Someone with Banking background is preferable.
