The role would be building of skill/ candidate databases, market mapping, identifying the right candidate profiles through smart sourcing and appropriate selection process for the Technology Group.
- The ideal candidate must be conversant with leveraging social/ digital media to attract the right candidates and leveraging portals/ internal resources, social and professional networking sites to bring in the right candidates.
- The incumbent would also need to reach to passive probables through proactive networking and would understand the cultural ambiance of the organization while running the selection process.
- He / she would be familiar with applicant tracking and must possess strong working knowledge at least two of the current ATS modules.
- The role would require extensive networking with senior stakeholders / hiring managers of the BU and would facilitate interview, hiring discussions with the interviewers/hiring managers and drive the offer process.
- The role seeks for a prior experience in the Product, Technology or Consumer internet organizations handling an employee base of 500-600 employees.
