Senior Role - Talent Acquisition Strategy - BFSI

Hiring for Talent Acquisition specialist, preferably from the Financial Services based in Mumbai.

Key areas of focus include :

- Responsible for the development and implementation of integrated talent acquisition drives/ programs to generate qualified leads to meet the talent acquisition hiring goals and objectives.

- Work closely with the internal business stakeholders and members of the talent acquisition team to evolve talent acquisition plans to ensure high productivity against business objectives.

- Assess objectives and strategy and recommend channels and tactics that will drive the highest value for all programs implemented.

- MBA full time with specialist experience into Talent Acquisition strategy may apply.
