Senior Role - Talent Acquisition - Private Equity Fund Firm

Our client is a Private Equity Fund having AUM of Rs.4,500 Cr

Role Details :

- Responsible for hiring for portfolio companies that PE invests in.

- Work closely with promoters of the portfolio companies in setting up their leadership teams

- Exposure to various organisations and businesses in setting up their teams

- Prior Experience in recruitment firm

- 8-15 years experience

- Experience in IT / ITES / Internet domain is preferable

Reporting to : HR Director

Location - Mumbai / Bangalore
