- Plan and develop a strategic approach, policies and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets without compromising the quality of hire
- Partner closely with all Business heads in India and globally to design a blueprint of recruitment goals, handle big organizational change and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same.
- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally on boarding process
- Ensure timely delivery of targets and build strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India
- Utilize Global TA expertise when developing programs and strategy for the region.
- Design and implement the talent acquisition framework for different roles within the organization.
