HR TA
- Responsible for the talent acquisition function for the organization.
- Expanding professional network of internal and external contacts to recruit and attract top talent.
- Lead, support and/or participate in interview, recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure candidates and employees of all levels and specialties are effectively integrated.
- Managing a high-performing recruiting team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a high-growth environment.
- Developing hiring programs and initiatives for Employer Branding and Employee Referral Program, Internal Job Movement program.
- Leading the annual budget planning process for Talent Acquisition.
- Actively involved in forecasting the staffing requirements & implementing sourcing/recruitment strategies.
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
- Strategically partner with finance, business leaders and other stakeholders to manage the resource requirements from a macro and micro perspective.
