- Responsible for managing, executing and delivery of SAP implementation & Support programs across the globe
- Should have managed 3000+ employees in the current role with strong delivery background
- Be a thought leader in Supply Chain Domain and should have had extensively experience in Supply chain Projects
- Should have strong capabilities in Analytics & Cloud areas
- Take a leadership role in engaging with external customers; act in a trusted advisory role and represent systems and processes
- Manages activities and deliverables specific to responsibilities across global operations centres. Should have led multi-million dollar SAP implementation or support programs that consist of multiple phases that span multiple fiscal years, several business units and carry significant enterprise-wide impact
- Lead, manage, drive, and work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational and project goals
Partner with global management and leadership team for alignment and integration of organizational and project activities
- Set strategic direction for SAP and non-SAP components to be used to best fulfil business requirements, producing innovative technology solutions for implementation across multiple discipline
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's Degree or equivalent
- 18+ years of experience (for a similar role) in implementing and managing multi-year SAP business transformation Implementations through transition to SAP ERP/ECC, SAP BO/BW, SAP HANA, Business Objects, SAP NetWeaver etc. technologies
- Demonstrated track record of leading within complex organizations requiring strong influence management skills - ability to work cooperatively at all levels in matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals
- Hands on prior experience in managing external system integration partners/vendors/contract resources
- Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills with all levels of management, cross-functional and matrix teams in a global company/environment
- Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with business and IT teams to achieve effective solutions
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes like
