Senior Role - Structured Deal Review & Independent Price Verification

Responsibilities :

- The role involves supervising and managing all the Offshore processes performed by our Independent Price Verification and Structured Deal Review team.

- Building and maintaining relationships with all internal clients in all regions and you will be expected to work closely with traders, market risk, model risk, quants and senior management.

- Actively involved in project and re-engineering initiatives to improve the processes with other counter parties across different divisions and regions. This includes participation in or instigation of tactical and strategic initiative.

- Involvement in review and updates of policies and procedures and ensuring these are appropriately implemented.

- Reviewing tasks assigned to your team and as a point of escalation you will be responsible for supporting them in resolving any issues in their processes.

Skills :

- +12 years of product control experience with a good understanding of the key IPV and Structured Deal Review processes and potential inherent control & operational risks.

- Good understanding of the valuation structured products and appreciation of the relationship between market risk exposure, valuation and P&L.
