Roles and responsibilities
A strong background in transformation program management with an extensive track record of successfully delivering complex programs, this role would manage the large multi-faceted transformation program. The role would be responsible for initiating diverse strategies to ensure that the objectives and goals of the transformation program, and of different projects therein, are accomplished. S/he would report to the Head of Transformation.
- To develop strategic projects and initiatives in close liaison with Function and BU Heads and other influential stakeholders.
- Ensure that strategic projects and initiatives are in alignment with overall transformation objectives and timelines, and to advise and support stakeholders in Business Units and Functions in undertaking business transformation.
- Ensure that all business transformation projects are delivered in accordance with the approach to project management, including taking the lead on ensuring quality feasibility studies, business cases, and timelines for the evaluation of business transformation projects.
- To ensure appropriate linkages with other projects and initiatives within the transformation landscape, and confirm that appropriate ownership is taken of risks and dependencies between projects.
- To be responsible for effectively managing business transformation budgets.
- To manage on a day to day basis staff, contractors and consultants in line with transformation program and project requirements.
Essential skills required
Education / professional qualifications
- MBA from Reputed B-School
- PMP Certification preferred
Prior Experience:
- The candidate must have 9-14 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a Tier-1 consulting firm.
Technical skills:
- Prior experience in successful delivery of large scale transformation programs that have resulted in savings and service improvements for professional services organizations.Experience in employee engagement and influencing multi-disciplinary teams, senior management and other stakeholder groups, to achieve organizational outcomes.
- Experience in designing and implementing actionable and targeted change management interventions such as stakeholder analysis, communications planning, assessing change impacts, establishing change agent network, gauging organizational readiness, and training design and delivery
