- Help the sales team to maximize business through Top Channel partners
- Focus on Developing New markets from the existing centers.
- Support sales in Geographical & channel expansion
- Increasing awareness of different Product & Sales strategies among the channel partners
- MIS & Reporting
- Providing relevant sales reports and allocation of annual targets to the Regional Heads.
- Driving the sales force with proper MIS data for a targeted Mission and Vision of the company.
- Product Empanelment for all the advisory houses and competition intelligence
- Video Conference/conference call/Review meetings/Field visit with FM/Product
- Team/Due diligence/ Channel partner engagement
- Pricing Competition Intelligence/Information
- Co-ordination with other functions - Operations/Fund Management/
- Product/Risk/Compliance/Internal Team for smooth functioning of the channel
- Business Development / Marketing
-Training Activities (Distributors), Co-ordination with other functional Heads for smooth Functioning of the Channel, Contest/ Campaign with Key distributors
- Contact Management, Distributor Satisfaction, Marketing & Visibility of UTI
- Products (Internal & External)
- Internal Relationship Management
- Actively build a strong relationship with Fund Management/ Operations/
- Compliance/ Product/ Marketing for new product launches and scheme specific products for Banks/National Distributors.
- Timely update the sales team on fund focuses with product notes.
- Provide ideas for new product launches.
- Develop complete understanding of channel partners business, objectives, goals and market challenges and ensure that the relationship plan is consistent.
