Key Responsibilities:
- Manage how company and its individual businesses/departments communicate across social media platforms and analyze the association's social media content and engagement levels
- Create social media campaigns in collaboration with the Communications department
- Create and execute social media content, campaigns, and initiatives aimed at building and promoting online communities of value to company and its members
- Monitor relevant industry and related blogs and other social media to capitalize on opportunities for better engagement on issues of interest to company
- Implement measures to track and engage in relevant online conversations and actions taking place on blogs and other social media sites
- Develop and build the capacity of company staff and leadership to engage effectively in social media dialogues
- Measure the effectiveness of NAR's social media effort
- Developing social media strategies, managing content, branding and responses on social media
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree along with a Post Graduate degree in journalism, communications, or related field from Tier 1 Institute
- Possess a minimum 9 to 12 years of total relevant experience, preferably from FMCG
- Experience in using and managing social media including blogs, wikis, social networks, forums, and/or podcasts
- Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and the ability to multitask
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate the practical application of the principles of online communications by nontechnical people
- Proficiency in basic online systems administration such as permissions, content publishing, and similar functions
- Functional understanding of web information architecture and design
