Senior Role - Settlement Operations - Retail Operations Team

Run & manage the Retail Operations Team. The role incudes but is not limited to running BAU, Issue Resolution, Identification of Root Causes and working towards identification of a permanent fix and enhancement of Systems (primarily Back Office). This role requires high degree of independence, ability to quickly analyze issues / situations and get to the depth of the matter to resolve it. Good connect within the industry to understand what is happening in the market. Good knowledge of CDSL will be a big advantage.

- Run the BAU Operations of Retail Settlements (Debt + Equity)

- Take end to end responsibility for all Regulatory Compliances & Logics Built into the system

- Manage the BO system, its logics, Risk Management and ensure that the BO is able to deliver from a Compliance perspective

- Manage and maintain high performance team

- Exposure to Class, iBeats and other BO software. Extremely good understand of all RMS rules, processes

- Currently should be a Settlements Head at a Broking Organization or a Deputy Head. Exposure to dealing with Exchanges and regulatory authorities.

- Proven ability to deal with uncertainty, adjusting course as per circumstances and achieve strategic objectives

- Ability to understand and influence stakeholders, building trust and driving the change agenda
