Senior Role - Service Delivery - SAP HANA - IT Services - CPG Sector

Role Specification:

- Delivery Lead for large CPG client. Should have exposure in Regular Service delivery ( Application Outsourcing, Infrastructure Outsourcing and SOC). Ability to manage large Implementation programs and eager to participate in continuous innovations.

- Should have exposure to Automation, AI and Analytics. Ability to work with various client stakeholders in Identifying Innovation opportunities and implement them.

- Define and implement program (including package and third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture ) and technology

- Need to have around 15+ years' experience in IT Service delivery

- Understand the CPG Industry well with expertise in front end and Back end functions / processes

- Will be managing a head count of around 100 +

- Experience with SAP preferably S4 Hana is essential

- Knowledge of the India market is very important, clients buy based on relationships.

We are looking for some one who can manage Service Delivery for one of our Largest CPG client in India. 

- Should have experience in SAP ( Particularly HANA and Other New products), Custom Applications (Microsoft Platform) & Exposure in Infrastructure, Cyber security and Analytics. Should have managed large delivery team with diverse expertise. Should have experience in Managing Indian clients & ability to understand their business requirements and support them in their Digital transformation journey.
