Roles & Responsibilities :
- Overlooking the sales process, handling final negotiation and closing.
- Overlooking CRM activities.
- Responsible for networking & joint business plannin with existing and new channel partners
- Lead a team of sales managers across Mumbai to source leads through channel partners vertical.
- Handling a team to generate clients & build relationships for referrals
- Help reduce the turn around time for closing the deals
- Working on market analysis reports, pre and post monetization.
- Effectively manage the on-site sales team.
- Negotiation and Closing.
- Prepared Sales budget and sales projections.
- Coordinating with the on-site project team and site engineers for timely completion and hand over of sold apartments.
