Opening in a Fortune 100 Company for a Maintenance Sales Professional.
ROLE:
- This Sales Position will be responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/subscription license renewal contracts to a specific region or account or partner(s).
- The Sales objective is to Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s).
- The Sales will be executed either directly or through authorized partners.
- As a skilled specialist, the job requires the person to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways to manage the high transaction volume associated with renewal business.
- The person will work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative and will understand implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. May be informal team leader.
- The person should be preferably from engineering/management qualification with upto 15 years of related sales experience.
- Preferably from PLM background or any other industrial domain.
SUCH EXPERIENCE SHOULD INCLUDE :
- Meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements including use of CRM tools
- Knowledge of the organization's various products and maintenance contracts and order processing requirements of renewals
- Educate customers /Partners on business practices and associated contractual implications.
- Ability to handle Price and Commercial Terms Negotiations
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
- Partner/Channel Management to drive renewal sales best practice.
- Able to engage with various levels of contacts over the phone and in Person Meetings to advance the customer journey through strong rapport building and consultative partnership.
- Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate.
