Primary Responsibilities:
- This position shall leverage deep understanding of the Safety, Infra, Geospatial and IT industries & solutions to win new business software and services bookings. One of the primary responsibilities for this role is the acquisition of Business, New customers and New Verticals for Safety, Infra & Geospatial market in the given operational territory.
- Monitor product segment analysis and develop action plans to increase market share within the region Development of sales channels & other avenues for business apart from direct selling
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. business objectives and effectively penetrates the safety infrastructure and geospatial market.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and managing the entire sales lifecycle.
Market Understanding: Stay current with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify emerging market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and solutions development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to sales. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales results, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring that agreements are beneficial for both the customer.
Market Expansion: Identify potential areas for market expansion and develop strategies to enter new segments or territories.
Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
Industry Events: Represent Hexagon at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our solutions and establish strong industry connections
