Senior Role - Robotics Process Automation - Banking/Financial Services

Knowledge: 

- Strong understanding of Automation technologies, the operational processes and when Automation should be used

- Awareness of industry best practice RPA methodology, design standards and tools

- Awareness of at least one of the Automation technologies in the DOC toolkit

Experience : 

- Previous experience within IT or Automation (1+ year) and Line Management environment

- History of successful delivery of business transformation or IT programs

- Proven track record in a similar role would be advantageous

Capabilities : 

- The role requires an articulate individual; comfortable dealing with management

- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

- Excellent interpersonal skills required

- Must be well organised and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently

- Experience in negotiation and conflict management
