Role - RCM Quality (Provider Side)

Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience into Healthcare RCM or RCM provider side.

- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Healthcare RCM Quality domain aligned with the organization's overall objectives.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the RCM Quality team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the revenue cycle and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

- Collaborate with operational teams to implement best practices and standardize processes across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on quality improvement.

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
