Job Profile : Retail Liabilities

- Planning and budgeting for Retail Liability products of the Bank

- Branch wise PNL for Retail Liabilities and monitoring performance vis-a-via budget, analyzing variances

- Monitoring the performance of branches

- Regularly interacting with the product teams for optimization of revenues and expenses

- Bench-marking with competition, trend analysis, analyzing variance from budget and highlighting deviations for corrective action

- Monitoring & reviewing the Banks deposits at branch level and presenting CASA deposits growth performance to senior management

- Analyzing customer quality and profitability

- Analyzing segment-wise profitability and monitoring productivity of resources

- Engaging with relevant stakeholders (HR, Product team) for performance measurement

- Support to senior management on queries raised from time to time
