Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage Corporate Reinsurance (Facultative) for Property, Engineering, Terrorism & Miscellaneous lines of business.

2. Placements of Reinsurance Contracts (Facultative & Treaty)

3. Study the proposals, market dynamics and accordingly decide on the best possible Facultative

4. Liaise with the Reinsurance markets and brokers worldwide market and negotiate on the reinsurance terms, price and best possible coverage.

5. Ensure Regulatory as well as internal compliance with regards to facultative transactions.

6. Monitor the financial ratings of the reinsurers and keep a tab on the developments in Reinsurance market.

7. Seeking the profitability from the accounts managed.

We are looking for professional with in-depth knowledge and excellent command of insurance Products, knowledge of reinsurance, facultative placement, and claim settlement. Ability to connect oneself at cross-functional level, strong motivator and team builder.
