Senior Role - Regulatory Affairs - Pharma Business Unit

- Provides leadership for the Regulatory Affairs.

- Responsible for planning and implementing global policies, practices and strategy for the regulatory functions.

- This position leads all departmental planning, manages multiple project teams and provides the regulatory strategies to ensure appropriate implementation of key business initiatives.

- The position acts as the primary liaison with the global regulatory agencies with responsibility for global regulatory submissions. The position provides the Regulatory Department interface to executive management and is seen as one of the top leaders to fully support the leadership team in implementing strategic corporate decisions.

- Interacts with other functions at all levels of the organization including corporate officers, group, area coordination team and GBU pharma functions.

- The position is based at New Delhi.

- As a Regulatory Affairs Manager the accountability encompasses meeting complete Regulatory Affairs people, process & profitability.

- Responsible for the implementation of the Pharma Regulatory & Public Affairs strategy in IMEA. The implementation of the Pharma Public Affairs strategy will be under the supervision of the IMEA Head of Public Affairs. Be the key contact for Pharma Business Unit and the other entities regarding Pharma Regulatory & Public Affairs for the area.

- To maintain and register key pharma issues which can impact the performance of Roquette IMEA and that are heavily influenced by governments and regulatory authorities.

Qualification : Pharma (Diploma or Bachelor degree)
