Experience & Qualifications:
- Total experience of 10-14 yrs.
- Recruitment Operations experience of 5-6 yrs.
- Prior team handling experience of min. 4yrs.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong understanding of process compliance.
- Should be a working supervisor and proficient in Taleo
