Senior Role - Recruitment Operations

- Positions in this function are responsible for all administrative aspects of the recruitment processes, polices, programs, project management and service requirements.

- Key contact for candidates, line management, vendors and internal recruiters on all transactional service related needs.

- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

- Works with less structured, more complex issues.

- Serves as a resource to others.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Total experience of 10-14 yrs.

- Recruitment Operations experience of 5-6 yrs.

- Prior team handling experience of min. 4yrs.

- Good communication skills.

- Strong understanding of process compliance.

- Should be a working supervisor and proficient in Taleo
