1.Experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

2.Should be Black belt / Green Belt certified

3.Good working knowledge in TQM role and implement tools to improve quality at process and sub-process level.

4.Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement Opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development, and corrective action plans.

5. Quality management experience is a compulsion (Minimum 4 yrs)

6. Implementation of 6 sigma in all the projects is a must.
