About Position

In this role, the candidate must be a forward-thinking [industry/sector] trailblazer, dedicated to the mission or purpose of the group. In line with our commitment to excellence, we are actively searching for a highly skilled - Social Media, PR and Corporate Communications.

The candidate will be instrumental in orchestrating and implementing strategic communication initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives. Working in close collaboration with the CEO's office, the individual will contribute significantly to the development and execution of communication, PR, and media strategies for the entire group. This role demands a seasoned professional who can seamlessly integrate into the CEO's inner circle, translating the leadership's vision into impactful communication efforts that resonate both internally and externally.

Education and Qualification:-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior PR and Corporate Communications role, preferably within [industry/sector].

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Communication Planning:-

- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure communications are consistent with the company's vision and values.

2. Media Relations:-

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

- Manage media inquiries and proactively pitch stories to enhance the company's public image.

3. Internal Communications:-

- Develop and execute internal communication programs to ensure employees are well-informed and engaged.

- Collaborate with various departments to disseminate important information and promote a cohesive internal culture.

4. Brand Management:-

- Safeguard and enhance the company's brand through effective communication strategies.

- Develop and maintain brand messaging guidelines and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

5. Crisis Communication:-

- Serve as the primary point of contact for crisis communication, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to mitigate reputational risks.

6. Executive Communication:-

- Support the CEO in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.

- Ensure consistent messaging from executive leadership.

7. Digital and Social Media Management:-

- Oversee the company's presence on digital and social media platforms.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

8. Measurement and Analysis:-

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication efforts and regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

9. Event Management:

- Plan and execute PR and branding events to promote the organization.

- Coordinate participation in industry conferences and trade shows.

10. Content Creation:

- Create engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.

- Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.

11. Digital and Social Media Management:-

- Oversee the company's presence on digital and social media platforms.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications and experience:-

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior PR and Corporate Communications role, preferably within [industry/sector].

- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
