- This role requires interactions at levels of CXOs/Execom/Senior Management/Middle Management/Junior Management in all departments
- This role would also need to liaise with external vendors/consultants based on the projects
- Providing essential inputs to various teams in terms of process reengineering, technology enablement, automation, that can add to the top line or save costs or help improve customer satisfaction index
- Sharing - On-the-ground- learning with other group companies for helping them check their respective processes and adapt, as required
- Identify / lead projects that can help increase revenue, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, improve efficiencies
- Maintain a charter/project plan for each project and ensure milestones and key activities are tracked per charter
- Engage with all stakeholders to ensure that work is on smooth processing mode and roadblocks are getting highlighted
- Conduct reviews with project sponsor/owner/executive team periodically and based on milestones
- Ensure best practices are shared across the group
- Handovers, wherever required, to be facilitated from one department/org to another for smooth functioning within the project lifecycle
- Provide a monthly view to CMD/CEO on the projects undertaken in the organization with value-benefits, timelines, and risks associated
