Project Governance & Project Management:
- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time, cost, and quality. Effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
- Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with senior management/ clients as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning.
- Provide technical inputs of methodologies of construction and coordination for site management activities. Identify and engage external vendors, contractors, and consultants when necessary to support project execution
- Coordinate design and engineering efforts; sets-up, monitor, reviews, and reports on financial status of the project(s) and is responsible for end-to-end project execution and coordination

Facility Maintenance:
- Oversee routine maintenance activities for labs and offices including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and general repairs.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery
Team Leadership:
- Led team of project managers, maintenance technicians, and support staff.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify training needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Project Planning & Co-ordination & Maintenance:
- Monitoring the preparation of tender drawings/specifications and finalization of requirements, estimates & BOQ
- Visits job site(s) as needed to review progress and quality of work.
- Establish and maintain effective feedback mechanisms, and rapport, and simultaneously ensure control over each site under the project.

Vendor Development:
- Creating a strong repository of architects, designers, construction contractors, project service experts, MEP consultants, exhaust & air conditioning consultants across multiple locations to cater to the ongoing demand of expert project management within the organization.
Quality Control, Compliance & Liasion:
- Preparing and reviewing method statements and work-specific quality control plans as per specifications of contract documents.
- Review shop drawings and submittal to ensure compliance with the scope of work dependent upon the site requirements.
- Site administration/compliances - Ensure all licenses/No objection certificates (NOCs) from government agencies are in place throughout the project life-cycle liaison with local authorities.
Experience: Minimum 16-20 years experience in retail project lifecycle
Qualification: B.Tech Civil/B.Arch
