Job description

- Business Planning, Budgetary Management & Control, Project Finance, Fund Management maintenance

- Preparing the Information Memorandum (IM) and financial projections.

- Preparation of CMA Data / Projection for availing Working Capital / Term Loan Facility.

- Project getting it appraised from Banks & Financial Institution.

- Fund raising activity with Banks & Financial Institution for raising fund based and non-fund based.

- Involving preparing / vetting of documents and various agreements for the Term Loan Facility.

- Preparation of Loan / Security Documentation to secure Term Loans sanctioned by Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Preparation of Guarantee documents.

- Review & Consolidation of Accounts

- Preparing Budgets and Cost analysis report project and cost center wise for the Management in SAP (FICO), Project Feasibility Report, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Forex Management etc

- Finalisation of accounts

- IND AS

- MIS Reporting

- Cost accounting

- Merging of accounts for foreign projects

- Formation of branches in International Location

- Forex revaluations

- Handling Statutory auditors

- Dealing with banks, hedging, LCs, Bank guarantees, project funding, etc.

- Assist Head Finance in debt rate restructuring, obtain project approval from R.B.I (Foreign Projects), Assist in arranging Funded &Non Funded limits,

- Taxation, communication with outside stakeholder for commercial & legal matters

Functional competencies

- Exposure to IFRS, International accounting standards (IAS), US & Indian GAAP.

- Setting up internal

- Adept in Risk Management - Evaluates strategic, operational and financial risks

- Resolves difficult and complicated challenges. Aligns direction, service and performance with the organization.

- Ability to both think strategically as well as micro manage to ensure operational excellence

- Committed to providing accurate and timely information to a high standard

- Exposure to latest legislations with all amendments
