Role: Product and portfolio support
Job location: Bahrain

Role :
Focus on all campaigns and portfolio optimization, including:
- Campaign across the entire lifecycle: from acquisition, across EMOD, and LCM
- Collaborate with partners, merchants, loyalty, corporate communication, DY, marketing, finance, etc..
- Need to gather analytics required for input as marketing (based on NBB data).
Program assessment and planning:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Client business and priorities
- Evaluate and quantify Client-specific opportunities and risks in the local market context and embed in realistic business cases
- Bring an outside-in perspective
- Benchmark Client performance for value creation potential against competitors operating in the local market
- Support the setup, implementation, and certification of the Client new products and the migration of all new and existing products to the Client's new Card Management System; and
- Plan and support the implementation and launch of other new Client provided services including but not limited to MTLS, Pay with Rewards, and World Elite ("WE"), World Elite Exclusive ("WEE"). Deployment and implementation of initiatives
- Implement the priority value realization activities with rigor, discipline, and focus on Client impact
- Actively and efficiently liaise with Client Product, and Account Management functions, and obtain their feedback for provision to Client
- Provide Client with support in setting up and implementation of new card products on the new system; and
- Assist on the certification of existing and new products on the Client's new Card Management System and the launch of other services such as MTLS, Pay with Rewards, and WE/WEE services.
Monitoring and ongoing analysis of progress:
- Continuously track performance of relevant target portfolios, products and services
- Create value visibility for priority initiatives across relevant metrics and key performance indicators with an action-centric or action driving dashboard
- Set up and manage a Client 'control tower' to improve speed and quality of decision making; and
- Keep Client up-to-date with relevant competitive intelligence and market trends.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 10-12 years' experience in full lifecycle of product launch including:
- Designing product features
- Understanding segment needs
- Exploring partnerships
- Configuring systems with internal stakeholders including IT, contracting, marketing
- Execute Go-To-Market strategy for product launch
- Independent and self-starter individual with right level of analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to manage end-to-end card product launch or revamp projects
