Senior Role - Product Control - Banking

Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining relationships with all internal clients in all regions across the front, middle and back office. This will include any ad-hoc analysis required by the Front office and senior management including deep dove on P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial review.

- Expected to prepare and review the daily commentary of the P&L, Balance Sheet and various other financial metrics

- In addition you will be expected to be actively leading project and re-engineering initiatives to improve the processes with other counterparties across different divisions and regions. This includes participation in or instigation of tactical and strategic initiatives.

- Involvement in review and updates of policies and procedures and ensuring these are appropriately implemented.

- Reviewing tasks assigned to our P&L team and as a point of escalation you will be responsible for supporting them in resolving any production issues in their processes.

- Help implement a best practice control environment surrounding the daily P&L process.

- Optimization and maintenance of standards by working closely with Middle Office and IT to improve levels of process controls.

Skills :

- At least +10 years of product control experience with at least two years or more in a regional product control onshore role.
