Senior Role - Procurement Delivery - Procure To Pay/Accounts Payable - BPO (10-18 yrs)
Subjects : Procure to pay /PTP /operations, Delivery role in Pune location
Flexible to work in Night shifts for some time.
Min Experience : 10-18 yrs
- Good Team Management and communication skills are mandate
- Excellent articulation and communication skills,
- Excellent Interpersonal and people management skill
- In-depth knowledge of R2P (P2P) is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in accounts payable end-to-end process delivery in BPO/SSC.
- Possess a demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction
- Has experience of managing multi geography teams of minimum size of 100 + people
- Excellent knowledge in project management and change management.
- Strong, decisive leader with effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach and coach team members.
- Open to work in multiple shifts (majorly night)
- Flexible enough to deal with multiple issues at the same time able to maintain a constantly high level of alertness
- Mindset of excellent process execution and continuous improvement.
- Experience in handling multi geo, multi-language teams is preferred
- Experience in any ERP tools/technology is preferred
