Senior Role - Procure to Pay - Manufacturing/Cement Industry - CA/IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI

Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance) from a premier B-School with relevant experience

- 15+ years of relevant experience in P2P/Finance processes having exposure to Shared Service operations and experience in manufacturing (preferably Cement) industry

- Process re-engineering in P2P and exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodology is a key requisite (preferably black belt certified)

- Bring in thought leadership on the designing & implementing best in class end to end processes.

- Influence the stakeholders to build a consensus on implementing the best in class processes

- Actively socialize to influence the stakeholders to bring in the change needed to implement transformational initiatives

- Design business case for transformational initiatives along with the assessment of the organization change impact

- Act as a Senior Change Management professional with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders
