The role will contain:

- Conceptualize and execute IR & HR strategy to support Operations, Supply Chain & R&D Function.

- Act as a partner and provide strategic and operational HR support, work with leaders and line managers to proactively identify and meet the IR & HR needs of the business,

- Drive positive IR climate and environment management across all manufacturing facilities

- Maintain a healthy relationship between individual workers, employees and play a pivotal role in Union negotiations and settlement of various disputes, employee relations and grievance handling within an organization

- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans for OTM- s

- Ensure statutory compliance as applicable under Labour Laws and liaise with statutory authorities.

- Provide input to the HR People Strategy and translate this into implementation plans within supported business areas, leading and facilitating the HR agenda items in the management team meetings for designated business areas.

- Support the learning & development function in the design and delivery of local talent management and succession planning, by providing business specific knowledge, and sourcing specific performance data on individuals and the local business environment.

- Facilitate the understanding and implementation of key people management/HR processes within designated functions, (recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, succession planning, compensation & benefits, policy and practice, employment legislation) supported by COEs

- Custodian of CSR strategy for plants

- Build and develop a strong HR team

- Contribute to and lead special HR projects and contribute to business projects
