We have Immediate openings for Order Management with our Client, a Multinational FMCG Company for Bangalore location

Purpose of Job:

As part of iOps, O2C is deploying Capabilities and Process, Technology and Organizational Enablers to deliver FTE Efficiency as well as improved Service and Customer Experience. This encompasses global implementation of outsourcing services, technologies like SAP AATP or Pega as well as Analytics solutions in the Order Management space. The role is about designing those and engaging with Partner and UL teams to deliver the iOps agenda in this space.

Accountability (Deliverable Outputs):

- Technology Enablers

- Customer Portal and all Customer self-service or proactive communications in Pega

- Web Ordering and B2B ecommerce

- Organizational Enablers

- Consolidation of operations service centers, internal or outsourced when that is the chosen direction

Financial Controls:

- Order Management Financial Controls

Performance:

- Order Management KPIs in markets

- Contacts (who works with me to deliver outputs):

- Rest of the O2C Global Process Excellence teams

Country teams

- IT Teams delivering technical enablers

- Neighboring global teams like Customer Development, Planning and Logistics

- 3rd Party Consulting or Operational teams with whom well run the iOps Transformation

Outer Game

Business Acumen - Very deep knowledge and first-hand market experience on Order Management and Fulfillment operations. Good understanding of how the flow of goods interacts with Planning, Logistics and Customer Development.

Talent Catalysts ability to enlighten teams into our change agenda through proper communication and inspirational examples. Change Management skills to drive change in complex environments. Stakeholder management, mindful about their challenges, always able to inspire them on how iOps can contribute to their objectives

Consumer Love Customer service orientation, always placing customers in the most central place

Passion for High Performance restless to find ways to optimise and eliminate inefficiencies (waste) and deliver a better Customer experience. Very strong analytical skills including analysis of complex data (knowledge of using PBI tool would be beneficial if in place) and drive insights from it that can inspire others

Experience:

- University Graduate (min. Bachelor)

- At least 3 years of experience in Order Management and Fulfillment operations

- High experience with Technology. A natural that can easily visualise what it can deliver In O2C.
