Senior Role - Operational Risk - Bank

One of our leading MNC Banking client is looking for a senior person to join their Risk management team. Need a senior talent from BPO sector with strong Risk background.

- This role is going to play a very critical leadership role in the overall development and management of a Risk Management strategy for their Services sector.

- Implement and drive a market leading risk management framework to govern customer engagements addressing contractual, regulatory and operational risk considerations

- Build a robust program to aid in a strategic approach to a comprehensive risk management controls

- Deep insights of best practice Risk standards is desired.

- Aligning and integrate the risk strategy for the engagement with the business goals

- Should be able to implement the effective operational risk training to team members and others to ensure the building of an effective Risk Management practice.

- Knowledge and working expertise of Basel II, SOX, SSAE, HIPAA, PCI, state and federal guidelines on privacy, Controls and audit requirements; must have led audits either as an auditor (internal/ external) or a provider of service that is audited

- Review Risk Events/ Escalations for the engagement(s) and identify risks and monitor the risk mitigation plans.

- Experience in understanding and deploying risk management frameworks.
