Senior Role - Master Data Management - Material ECC to S4 HANA

Minimum 13-15 years of professional data management experience playing the role of functional lead / functional architect/data architect in global master data domain independently.

- MUST have Minimum 8 to 10 years of providing business solution (Data Enrichment, Data Migration) and working experience in SAP HANA & MDG/MDM.

- Minimum 8 years of experience working and leading in Data Quality and governance.

- Strong experience in working directly with business clients driving requirements workshop, finalization and prioritization of requirements and requirements negotiations with the business stakeholder's expectation management.

- Experience in translating business requirements into functional (information/data) design, establishing data models and preferably converting functional design to technical design.

- Have a good understanding of the Data Life Cycle Management

- Strong experience in working closely with SAP HANA data structures and interface.

- Experience with FMCG/CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable.

- Strong leadership and service delivery skills.

- Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote locations.

- Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
