Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of the OTC nutraceuticals market, regulatory landscape, and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including marketing automation platforms and analytics software.
