- This is a unique & critical role that will be responsible for managing the Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and Employee Listening Shared Services for Gallagher Businesses globally. From Learning Administration and Lifecycle management to Content Design, Development & Maintenance, to employee surveys, performance and career management processes.
- Create centers of excellence with respect to Learning Program Management and Administration (LMS) (Cornerstone and Broker Assess), learning content design and development, employee listening, and talent management niche/specialized capabilities to elevate value of shared service offerings
- Oversee a team of instructional design and developers responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning deliverables for diverse audiences, including, web based training, instructor-led training materials, performance support tools, job aids, user manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other learning material
- Establish employee listening (e.g., surveying, results reporting, dashboard development) shared service offerings to support enterprise and individual business unit needs
