Senior Role - Learning & Development - Shared Service Firm

- Candidate must have experience from Shared service industry and must have managed Global Stakeholder management.

- Responsible digital transformation of learning process by implementation of Cornerstone On-Demand learning management.

- Implementation & rollout of HR technology platform (Workday, LMS, ServiceNow, Talent, goal and performance management).

- Managing global teams to provide HR & learning services globally such as e-learning design, compliance roll-outs, LMS release, Workday release.

- Manage the Learning & Capability Development team, ensuring the BAU operations of learning Admin are managed (SABA LMS).

- Implementation of SAP - SuccessFactors (Learning, Talent & Performance).

- Implement best solutions for Learning Services process and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes within the team

- Support changes in services by managing the management of the change process with stakeholders - internal & external
