Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and high quality learning delivery, in close cooperation with team and other key stakeholders
- Responsible for the execution of the learning strategy in the assigned geographic scope as well as the global community.
- Manage sourcing and selection of internal trainers/leaders/facilitators and external training vendors where necessary and in line with the company's Learning strategy and governance
- Responsible for continuous improvement of the learning delivery
- Stimulates learner motivation and encourage participation
- Quality of learning delivery as evaluated by learners [qualitative and NPS]
- Delivery of learning/curriculum as per agreed timelines in plan and on budget
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience as a learning and development professional in a global MNC including learning deployment responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in various aspects of the end-to-end learning cycle including needs analysis, learning design and development, learning delivery and learning evaluation with a particular focus on learning delivery and facilitation [content as well as process and culture change facilitation]
- Demonstrated success implementing scalable, repeatable learning solutions [leveraging learning technology] from initial assessment through final implementation;
- Ability to influence across complex organizational boundaries, global boundaries and diverse cultures
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, change leader in transformation with ability to influence through complex systems
