Senior Role - Leadership Hiring - IT (10-16 yrs)

- Driving the leadership talent agenda for the organisation in India, the incumbent will be the single point of accountability for the stakeholders, responsible for ensuring quality oriented, efficient, and cost-effective talent delivery for the business

- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates

- Candidate should ideally have an Full time MBA degree from Tier 1/2 B Schools

- At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with R&D/shared services setup

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Must be able to hold relevant and intellectually stimulating conversations with the leadership

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
