Senior Role - IPO Management - Tiles Industry

Looking for a senior person for the role of IPO Management in a Tiles company for Ahmadabad location.

Role:

- Headed Entire IPO Process

- Leading the initial public offering of the company end to end which includes Industry report review and finalization, Certificates from Independent CA/Auditors, Monitoring agency finalization, Risk factor finalization, liasioning with merchant and sponsor bankers.

- Responsible for liaison with all the entities involved in IPO process and responsible for periodic calls and detailed discussions with analysts and Institutional Investors.

- Responsible for developing IR framework by maintaining relations with investors, participating in investor meetings.

- Responsible for preparing key documents including Annual Reports, Quarterly press release, investor presentation, investor updates, speeches for financial investors etc.
