Role Introduction The Inside Sales Representative is a specialized Inside Sales role designed to accelerate revenue generation through acquisition of net new logo accounts. This role requires the ISR to Prospect customers by leveraging outbound medium technologies. Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle from Research, follow-up, Scheduling meetings, nurturing sales opportunities to land new logos and pipeline generation for the company. Scope & Responsibilities: - Proficient in identifying key decision makers and managing a healthy relationship, Ability to articulate and deliver business value, Manage relationship-building activities to keep leads "warm" - Understand the Pain points, handle objections while Presenting and evangelizing our product to meet customer requirements. - Build sales pipeline and source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within a specific set of named accounts. - Achieve & Exceed monthly and quarterly new sales targets (Pipeline, Opportunities and meetings booked) - Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing and keep up to date with the Go-To-Market and business priorities. - Campaigning creation, tools management, measurement and reporting skills are critical to success. - Own the success of the product from Adoption and Revenue perspective Role Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a Product / SaaS product company. - Enjoy talking about technical concepts, have great analytical skills, and would be comfortable explaining how we works to a range of audiences - Excited by working with a product that is constantly evolving - Intellectual curiosity - you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning what a client's needs are. - Hardworking - you're one of the hardest working people you know. - Competitive - you want to win and nothing can stop you. - Articulate - you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively. - Organized - you use and create systems to stay on top of your responsibilities. - Passionate - you are excited about technology, software, and how it helps businesses succeed. - Technical - you have an understanding of how the product works. - Empathetic - you genuinely care about people you talk to and want to find ways to help them. - Product minded - you have an understanding of product development and an intuition for what makes a great product.
